This process is to identify "gaps" between current performance and desired performance of the
company while constantly keeping an eye on the Organizational Goals.
An assessment process is a diagnostic tool for identifying the training & development needs of the Organization. Its collated data helps to find solutions to help individuals and the company to accomplish base business goals. This assessment uses existing their skills & knowledge and abilities of an individual and the Company, to identify any gaps or area of improvement. Once the needs are identified, the learning objectives are developed and strategize are devised to meet the desired learning outcome.
These objectives will create criteria for measuring the Effectivity & Success of the program.
This analysis is performed by experts & coaches from ‘Fine Skills’ who will assess & observe the staff and make recommendations for training based on performance issues or gaps between performance and business objectives. This analysis can also be done on an organization-wide level by Training and Development Department, who survey the organization to identify training needs.
